Description: We adopted Karen in November 2019 from Pets at home at 10weeks old. She is not the friendliest of rabbits, not one to sit on your lap and allow you to stroke her for hours but she certainly has her own quirky personality and has licked and nuzzled up to my two children from time to time. She use to have run of the house and I would often find her laying with my daughter on her pillow.
She and our jack russell, Merlin, also have an unusual bond. Karen often allows Merlin to lick the inside of her ears, lay next to her or play in the garden. Being older than Merlin and knowing him since he was a puppy she will also let him know when she is not in the mood or has had enough. Neither have ever harmed each other. Karen is litter trained and can also be called in for the garden so I do wonder if she now thinks she is a dog too!
Karen has always been an indoor rabbit, however she has full run of the garden on a daily basis when we are home
General health: Good
Temperament: Can be very loving and affectionate, prefers children to adults. However she will tell you when she is not in the mood to be stroked or cuddled.
Type of home wanted: Adult couples or family with older children
