Meet Mo, an adorable grey and white mini lop. He is almost 6 years old, and came into the care of the RSPCA Altrincham when his owners' circumstances changed and they could no longer provide the care needed. Mo is a sweet and gentle boy who enjoys a good head rub and a fuss, and if you'll spend time down on the floor with him he loves to give you a clean and will hop over and onto you. Mo previously lived as a house bunny and would prefer to go back to that - he's pretty good with his litter tray apart from a few stray poops here and there!
Mo has spent a long time in foster care, and he sadly lost his long-term partner at the end of last year. His health took a bit of a knock as he grieved and lost his appetite, but after a full dental in early December and a lot of TLC over the last few months he's now ready to find a new wifebun to snuggle up with, as he's so lonely he's even taken to playing with the resident cats! His previous partner was quite a feisty girl and their personalities did complement each other, but as he's an older gentleman now he'd probably prefer to meet a slightly calmer lady this time around so they can enjoy lots of lazy snuggles together.
Mo has had some issues with his eyes and as a result has a few small scars on his corneas, which occasionally show up as ulcers (e.g. when he's stressed or run down). He copes very well with them and they're easily treated with eye drops so shouldn't cause him any significant issues, but regular eye checks at home (and by a vet at his annual boosters) would be recommended.
Mo is neutered, chipped and vaccinated against Myxomatosis, VHD1 and VHD2.
