More about Millie:

Millie is a lovely old lady looking for a peaceful retirement home for the rest of her years. Sadly, she was given up last year, as her elderly owner was unable to cope with her day-to-day care any longer. Since then Millie did find a loving home with a male rabbit whom we hoped she would bond, but sadly after months of trying to get the pair together, her new owners had to admit defeat and Millie was returned to us.

As Millie was the aggressor in her previous match, something that didnít change in the time she was there we now feel that she should be homed as a single rabbit. It would be great if her new owners had other rabbits she could be near, for company but not essential. Millie has lived with cats in her previous homes and in her foster homes, so we know she would be happy sharing her new life with them.As Millie is to be a single house she should ideally not be left on her own for more than 4 hours.

Millie has always lived indoors and is therefore looking for a home as an indoor rabbit where she will have the companionship of humans instead of other rabbits. Be warned she can be a bit of a chewer so all cables should be carefully hidden, however she is easily distracted from chewing the wrong things by providing rabbit based gnaw toys such as willow balls etcÖ There is no reason why she couldnít have regular access to a garden to enjoy a bit of fresh air, as long as her main abode is the house.

Millie is a very friendly rabbit who is happy being handled for health checks and a groom. She does get very excited when its food time, despite hay always being on offer. Curly Kale is her favourite and she will run round your legs in glee when she hears the packet being rustled.
