Snowy and Fluffy (26/06/04)

Snowy is a very handsome neutered male albino Netherland Dwarf x Dwarf Lop rabbit. He is about two years old and came in as a six week old baby to me. His original story is that there was a lady overbreeding rabbits in her back garden and when the number got to 49 she asked the RSPCA to take them all. He was rehomed as a tiny baby, but returned when the owners got bored of looking after him. Then he sat in rescue for a long time. He had of course grown up by then and because he was an albino was overlooked time and time again. Finally a lady came along who had adopted Fluffy a few months before and wanted to get her a friend.

Fluffy is a Cashmere x albino female rabbit. She also came in as a six week old baby with her brother. My idea was to get the male neutered and let them stay together, but it was not to be as her brother developed Static Gut two days after arrival and died. Anyone who is interested in adopting this pair must take into consideration that Fluffy will need to be groomed daily.

All was going well until I received an email tonight saying that the owners Staffie had killed her three guinea pigs and keeps ramming the rabbit hutches trying to get to my two.

Therefore I am going to collect them Monday evening.

If anyone is interested then please contact me.
